| 2007 Vintage - Available March, 2008 REDS DeChaunac - Dry Red Table Wine - 100% DeChaunac Grapes from our own vineyard. Shows good balance and classic fruit with just a hint of oak. Age properly for up to 24 month. St. Croix - Semi-Dry Red Table Wine - The grapes used in this wine are from Wind Stone Creek Vineyards near Cuming County West Point, NE. John, Sandy and Jennifer take great care and pride in producing quality fruit and it shows. This St. Croix has cherry, berry notes with a well-balanced finish. Frontenac - Dry Red Table Wine - 100% Frontenac from our vineyards.This years' vintage is finished dry with good balance and mouth feel. Very limited oak exposure allows the blackberry flavors to come through. Drink within 2 years if aged properly. Carriage House Red - Semi-Dry Red Table Wine - A blend of DeChaunac, Marechal Foch and Frontenac give this blend great mouth feel and balance. Eighth Harvest Red - Semi-Sweet Red Table Wine - Our signature blend.
