It's lightly oaked so it's great with everything from steak to pizza. Eleventh Harvest Red - Semi-Sweet Red Table Wine Our signature blend of Valiant, Foch and deChuanac. A bit lighter this year but delicious! Rose' Highland Mist - Semi-Sweet Rose' A fruity and refreshing blend of deChaunac and Brianna Whites Prairie Star - Semi-Dry White Al & Connie Faltys of Fox Hill Vineyards grew the grapes used in this wine. Crisp & fruity Star Crossed - Semi-Dry White Not Released Blends Prairie Star & LaCrosse for a full bodied, well balanced wine that pairs well with lighter dishes.
